There are two ways to log in to our eService portal:
You can log in either with ID Austria or with a username and password.
We recommend logging in with ID Austria, as it offers a particularly secure and modern authentication method.
Please note: It is not necessary to have both login options—one is sufficient.

With ID Austria as your login, we offer you the simplest and most secure access to eServices and the wide range of information from KFL.
ID Austria is a further advancement of the Handy-Signature (cell phone signature) and provides many useful advantages.

Login by a Third Party
It is also possible to log in to the eService area on behalf of the primary insured – for example, if children wish to submit documents or invoices on behalf of their parents.
To do this, we require a signed power of attorney from the primary insured – afterward, you can submit password reset requests on behalf of the primary insured and receive a new password.
